Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website and services of Prime Time Collision Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Estimates and Repair Approvals

All estimates provided are based on visible damage at the time of inspection. Hidden damage discovered during teardown or repair may result in additional costs. No work will be performed beyond the approved estimate without authorization from you or your insurance company.

Payment and Insurance

Payment in full is required before your vehicle can be released. While we work directly with all major insurance companies, you remain ultimately responsible for the repair costs and any applicable deductibles not covered by your policy.

Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. Ask for the written warranty terms before authorizing repairs, including what is covered, exclusions, and any separate parts or paint coverage.
